My story
Made from a fibroid journey, for yours.
After my fibroid diagnosis, I left every appointment with the same question: "So what can I actually eat?"
The internet was noisy, labels were confusing, and I felt like I was guessing in every supermarket aisle.
I built Elara because I wanted a simpler way to understand the foods I was putting into my body.
My hope is that it helps other women feel a little more informed, a little more confident, and a little less alone on their journey.
